Planet Ford 45, Spring TX

• Deliver all sold vehicles to customers with an emphasis placed on complete customer satisfaction by explaining the dealership’s philosophy and customer viewpoint questionnaire
• Ensure all customer license plates are installed & delivered
• Verify all customers are introduced to the service department & the first service appointment has been set
• Ensure all customer concerns are addressed within 24 hours
• Ensure all supplies are accounted for, properly stocked and are in a clean orderly manner
