Job Description- Lead the Industry Analyst function for a designated suite of HPE products and manage all inbound and outbound communication to the analyst community.
- Serve as product lead for HPE Green Lake, with technical acumen in IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid clouds.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and executive leadership.
- Create and execute strategic plans to help HPE open new markets, grow share of voice, increase influence with the industry analyst community, drive short listings, positive report coverage, and media references.
- Target, develop, and maintain positive relationships with key analysts, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage a regular cadence of analyst engagements, research requests, AR calendar and cross‑functional marketing activities, and share insights/assessments with internal stakeholders on analyst feedback and research evaluations.
- Collaborate with the AR team on overlapping areas of technology interest, reporting, events, and general planning.
- Support product planning and strategic guidance with industry analyst insights.
- Communicate compelling and crisp written and verbal communications.
- Represent HPE at industry trade shows, analyst tours, conferences, and other events.
- Link AR plans, insights, and results to business objectives that drive competitive differentiation.
- Team player who adds curiosity and creativity to our positive collaborative culture.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced matrixed environment and managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong background in Analyst Relations and corporate communications, including established analyst relationships.
- Solid writing and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competition and research relevance.
- Passion to execute with excellence, minimal supervision.
- Comfortable as a spokesperson for the company.
- High levels of tact and diplomacy.
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, marketing, or communications.
