The Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. The job is not patient facing but supports retail pharmacies to provide clinical services and education.

• Thursday: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
• Friday: 3:00 pm to 3:30 am
• Sunday: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am

• Ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance (e.g., PCI, PII, OSHA, Fire Code, Life Safety) by addressing compliance-related issues, reporting and correcting violations, and implementing solutions.
• Support development and implementation of protocols, programs, and training, including recommendations for improvement of safety and security protocols, SOPs, training, and security programs.
• Initiate incident command system in emergency situations and provide tactical response to emergencies (domestic violence, workplace violence, fire, severe weather, active shooter, chemical spill).
• Implement security systems and strategies by responding to alarm and intrusion detection system activations, determining priorities of action, providing tactical security responses to life safety events and incidents (CPR, First Aid), and investigating threats and complaints.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to promote a safe working environment, provide emergency responses during life safety incidents, and report feedback.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and assist management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.
• Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, information, and tools, coordinating and executing work assignments, and supporting others.

• 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services or related field.
• Will complete and pass all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of job entry date and will maintain them while employed in this position.

• Corporate Security, Emergency Operations, Law Enforcement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or Sociology.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
