Job Description:

Job Family Definition: Defines high‑impact, long‑term (i.e., 2‑5+ year horizon) business strategies at the corporate, business, and/or regional level. Partners with senior management to identify existing operational and new business opportunities, including market development, investment prioritization, business modeling and key growth strategies. Monitors external factors during strategic development, including market forces, macro/micro‑economic factors, and competitive implications. Works with and manages cross‑functional project teams.

Conducts rigorous, data‑driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance. Develops recommendations for senior management based on competitive market, financial, statistical, and economic trend data. Manages corporate strategy initiatives and participates in communicating the strategy to the client organization.

• Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain the Server Services strategic roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
  • Drive annual and quarterly business planning processes, including financial forecasting and resource allocation.

• Business Performance Management

  • Define and track KPIs to measure organizational success.
  • Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting across global teams.

• Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Recommend strategies to maintain market leadership and drive growth.

• Program Management

  • Oversee strategic projects from conception to execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget.

Education and Experience

Required:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in business strategy, planning, or related roles within technology or enterprise services.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in server, compute, or IT infrastructure industry is highly desirable.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and strategic planning frameworks.
