As a Business & Commercial intern
, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities. Through hands-on experiences, you'll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of Exxon Mobil's business and commercial operations.

Assignments may provide exposure to areas such as:

Beyond your project work, you'll have the chance to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals across the organization. We also host social events that give you the chance to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders across Exxon Mobil.
