Project Controls Specialist - Heavy Civil Construction
5 Days On-site | Project Accounting / Controls experience required | Managing multiple 10-250M+ projects
We're seeking a detail‑driven Project Controls Specialist to support cost management, billing, and document control for active heavy civil construction projects. This role partners closely with Project Managers and Division leadership to keep projects accurate, compliant, and on track financially.
What You'll Do- Support monthly cost projections, job costing, and reporting.
- Review invoices, subcontractor payments, and lien releases.
- Upload billings, change orders, and job documentation in Viewpoint.
- Maintain schedules, deadlines, and project documentation.
- Assist with monthly Project Review Meetings and reporting.
- Experience in construction (heavy civil, industrial, or commercial).
- Strong skills in cost tracking, billing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint, B2W, or similar project systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
On‑site, team‑focused role working directly with PMs and Division leadership.
