We are partnering with a growing construction firm to add a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to their team in Spring, TX (Northwest Suburb of Houston) This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or a recent Construction Management graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle.

About the Role

This position supports project teams working primarily in the restaurant and hospitality construction space. You will assist with both project management and estimating
, gaining exposure to preconstruction and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day‑to‑day project coordination
• Support estimating activities, including takeoffs and bid preparation
• Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Support projects from preconstruction through close‑out

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction experience OR a recent Construction Management graduate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in restaurant and hospitality construction projects
• Proficiency with construction software and Excel is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management track

Compensation

• Salary target: $65,000–$85,000
