POSITION TITLE:
Production Coordinator – Part Time
Reports to:
Production Lead
Working closely with the Production Lead, the Production Coordinator helps oversee and maintain AVL systems across all on-campus venues, ensuring every service and event runs smoothly. The Production Coordinator provides hands‑on technical support during weekend services—operating or assisting with audio, video, or lighting as needed—while also contributing throughout the week to setup, maintenance, and preparation for upcoming gatherings. This role blends technical skill with a servant‑hearted posture, helping create distraction‑free environments where people can encounter Jesus.
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Production Lead in executing all technical elements of weekend services, midweek events, and special gatherings across campus.
- Prepare, set up, and strike AVL equipment for services and events, maintaining a clean and organized stage and booth environment.
- Assist with regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs or upgrades across all venues.
- Help recruit, train, and support volunteers serving in AVL roles, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Demonstrates a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ and embodies the culture/values of Hillside (Galatians 5:22-23)
- Demonstrates a commitment to the mission and vision of Hillside
- A minimum of one year of experience in Technical Coordination and Operations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to effectively communicate in all group settings
- Must possess organizational & administrative skills with the ability to manage time well
- Must be proficient in:
Waves, Pro Presenter, Google Suite - Ability to pass a background check is required
