Front Desk Receptionist – The Woodlands

Are you an energetic, organized professional looking to use your administrative and customer service skills in a fun, health-focused environment? Stretch Zone is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support two of our studio locations. This role requires flexibility to rotate shifts between studios and is ideal for candidates with outstanding phone skills and prior experience using Club Ready software (preferred, but not required).

This position is essential to the day-to-day success of our studios, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Position Details
  • Employment type: Front Desk Receptionist (Rotating Between Two Studios)
  • Location: The Woodlands, TX
  • Compensation: Hourly Pay $12‑15 per hour DOE + Commission

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and prospects, both in-person and by phone.
  • Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time.
  • Coordinate and/or attend Community Events and Local BSB Events to help promote Stretchzone.
  • Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and follow‑up communications.
  • Promote client renewals and support new client acquisition through phone and text outreach to warm leads.
  • Assist with studio upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding client experiences.
