Front Desk Spa Associate

PT $11-$15 hourly

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part‑time Front Desk Spa Associate at our Spring location. You are a critical link in growing our business and ensuring that our clients’ experience is nothing less than outstanding.

• Meet or exceed spa membership goals
• Be a team player
• Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Follow company policies and procedures

• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi‑task with ease, all while focusing on the guest
• High school diploma or higher
• Flexible availability – able to work openings, closings, or weekends
