Our private dental office is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team of dental professionals. As the initial point of contact, you will have the chance to create positive patient experiences by welcoming our guests and making them your top priority. Compensation: $16 per hour, based on experience

• 2+ years of prior front office experience is required, preferably in a general dentistry or Orthodontic setting
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, and Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
• Good phone etiquette and familiar with multi-line phones
