Facility:
This state-of-the-art, free-standing rehabilitation hospital is a 40-bed, 58,000 square foot facility located on the campus of a well-established health system in Spring, Texas. Designed to expand access to comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services, the facility will feature multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums, a specialized activities of daily living suite, and outdoor courtyards to encourage patient movement and activity. The hospital will serve adults recovering from stroke, neurological disease, brain or spinal cord injuries, orthopedic procedures, and other debilitating illnesses or injuries, with a team of expert rehabilitation professionals providing intensive nursing care and therapy services.

The facility is slated to open in summer 2027.

Job Details:

• Serve as Medical Director, collaborating with the CEO and the entire clinical team to provide medical direction for a brand new rehabilitation hospital
• Ensure conformance with facility policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, including CMS and The Joint Commission standards
