Eligibility:
Highly Qualified under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The requirement may be met by one of the following:
1) Verification of 48 college credits,
2) Verification of an Associate’s Degree,
3) Verification of a Bachelor’s Degree, or
4) Pass the ESSA Assessment.
