Are you an energetic, experienced childcare professional looking for a dynamic role that blends classroom engagement with front desk responsibilities? If so, we want you to join our team!

This role requires a balance of classroom interaction and front desk duties, with approximately 3-4 hours spent in the classroom and 3-4 hours at the reception each day. If you are only interested in sitting at the front desk, this position is NOT for you.

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible professional who is passionate about working with children and is eager to take on administrative responsibilities.

• Classroom Duties (3-4 hours daily):
  Work directly with children, assisting in classroom activities. Support teachers in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment. Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual growth in children. Assist in classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Reception Duties (3-4 hours daily):
  Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide customer service. Maintain center paperwork, records, and compliance documentation. Support enrollment processes and marketing efforts, including social media updates.

• Classroom Experience in a licensed childcare facility (REQUIRED)
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with parents, staff, and children
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized
• Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and technology
• Local in‑person and social media marketing experience is a plus
