Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Primavera P6, including creating resource‑loaded schedules, tracking percentage completion, and developing visual storyboards to communicate project progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Create resource‑loaded schedules to optimize labor, equipment, and material allocation.
  • Track and report percentage complete for all project activities.
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to update schedules and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver visual storyboards that illustrate project timelines, milestones, and critical paths for executive and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, including advanced features for resource loading and progress tracking.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path methodology.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with large‑scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Familiarity with scheduling integration with cost control systems.
  • Experience creating visual dashboards or storyboards.
