As a new graduate engineer in ENERCON’s Power Delivery group, you’ll support the backbone of modern energy systems. Whether your focus is on distribution networks or substation design, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team tackling real‑world challenges that impact utilities, independent power producers, and industrial clients. From day one, you’ll contribute to the design, analysis, and inspection of critical infrastructure ranging from transmission lines and substations to greenfield distribution projects.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience using industry tools, apply current codes and standards, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions. With mentorship and field work, you’ll build a strong foundation in both technical and project management skills.

- Graduated or graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited institution in one of our preferred majors.
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026; graduating May‑June 2026 preferred.
- Strong intellectual curiosity about modern energy systems.
- Completed courses in Power Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, Power Systems Analysis & Control, and Electric Power Quality.
- Solid foundation in major core concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Individual contributor and effective team member.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, conduct walkdowns, work outdoors, and travel as required.
- Completion of pre‑interview assessments.
- College transcript for those with < 12 months post‑graduation experience.
- Pass pre‑employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client background checks, and annual MVR checks per policy.

Full‑time position: $71,000.00 – $85,000.00. Salary determined by role, level, experience, location, and relevant skills, education, or training.
