Sales Administrator

Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. The role supports the sales team in creating bid documentation, assembling proposal portions, coordinating with other departments, and moving documents to the sales team.

With over 20 years of experience, we are the premier field service group in the power generation industry, providing turn‑key solutions driven by engineering expertise.

• Act as the central point of contact for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments to request documentation required for proposal/pre‑qualification submittals (rate sheets, contracts, schedules, safety, quality, etc.).
• Write portions of proposal responses to meet RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Ensure estimate details and takeoffs are accurate, complete, and reflect the project requirements.
• Manage overall quote flow and accurately follow quote processes.
• Ensure timely completion of multiple deliverables in a cooperative manner.
• Coordinate proposals from RFQ to final submittal.
• Work under tight schedule constraints to submit proposals and meet deadlines.

• Experience using
• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university (business focus ideal).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with sales process, assistance, or administration preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail in a professional atmosphere.
• Knowledge of sales process.
• Driven to succeed and take ownership of each project.
• Ability to shift priorities and multitask as needed.
• Ability to communicate with sales, engineering, and field services.
• Excellent grammatical, proofreading, and editing abilities.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications and Adobe.
