About HoustonExxon Mobil's state‑of‑the‑art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our teamWe are looking to hire dynamic, creative, and resourceful candidates for Exxon Mobil’s seismic processing core group in Spring, Texas. Candidates will be responsible for delivering seismic imaging solutions to the company business lines on challenging geophysics problems by leveraging state‑of‑the‑art processing technologies. Candidates will be expected to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business and technical challenges, develop appropriate seismic imaging solutions, lead and execute the processing projects, and deliver the products while ensuring uptake by the teams.

What You Will DoResponsibilities include:
- Contribute to and lead all stages of seismic processing including signal processing, velocity model building, depth imaging, and full wavefield inversion.
- Conduct analysis, recognize issues, support the formulation of new and innovative workflows and methods to resolve problems, and ensure optimal quality of results.
- Work with a broad range of Geoscientists to devise technical solutions to meet business objectives.
- Work with research geophysicists and computational scientists to deliver new seismic processing technologies and algorithms.
- Direct and influence vendor‑leveraged processing projects.
