Game Facilitator at Activate Games

We are currently seeking active, passionate, and customer service-savy professionals for the role of Game Facilitator.

Activate is taking entertainment into the future by fusing technology and physical activity together to create live-action gaming experiences.

• Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations
• Brief new groups before the game starts
• Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary
• Participate with customers in active games to ensure an excellent experience
• Maintain rooms by cleaning, painting, and performing required maintenance
• Troubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction

• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner
• Must be a people person – energetic, friendly, and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd
• Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Willingness to work various shifts, starting as early as 9 a.m. and ending as late as 1 a.m.
• Some troubleshooting and technical ability that can be applied to a wide variety of equipment repair/maintenance needs
