Network Cash Reconciliation Specialist

. In this role you will trace the movement of cash through our ATM network—from cash fill order to ATM unload—and resolve discrepancies.

We are hiring for three positions in Spring, TX – the selected candidate will work closely with the Network Cash Reconciliation Team Lead to maintain accurate cash records.

• Update the ATM level reconciliation for related networks, ensuring accurate tracking of CIT company replenishment and cash turnover differences.
• Check the daily arrival of CIT reports in the mailbox and verify they are processed into the EBO.
• Validate the correctness of matching CIT report data with the EBO; correct any discrepancies manually.
• Reconcile CIT data with the Euronet system using electronic journal entries, detect differences, and resolve any inaccuracies.
• Identify and document reasons for ATM‑level surpluses and shortages, using journal data as needed.
• Create and track ERM tickets for any discovered discrepancies or errors.
• Retrieve missing files or data required for reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations and other internal departments to resolve issues and keep records clean.
• Assist the Network Cash Reconciliation Team Lead in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• 1–2 years of professional office or client‑facing experience (preferred).
• Experience in banking, ATM managed services, or vendor management beneficial but not required.
