Job DescriptionAs an Investment Consultant, you will develop customized financial plans for clients using Fidelity's planning tools, provide investment solutions, and grow relationships.
The Purpose of Your RoleWork in our Investor Center to craft personalized plans, engage existing clients and warm leads, and focus on long‑term growth and client success.
The Expertise We’re Looking For- Effectively utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools to conduct financial planning discussions.
- Leverage technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one‑on‑one appointments and plan post‑appointment follow‑up.
- Grow relationships through proactive outreach, understanding client goals, and referring them to a wealth‑management partner when appropriate.
- Series 7 & 63 licensed;
Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, or ability to acquire quickly upon hire. - Degree or professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful; tuition reimbursement available.
- Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions and ability to educate clients.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and drive to grow relationships.
- Outstanding communication and consultative skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
