As a Cost Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our projects on track, on budget, and built for long‑term success. • Own the numbers—track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi‑year EPC projects.
• Be a strategic partner—work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
• Manage change with confidence—oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues.
• Tell the story—deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
• Strengthen controls—support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
• Make your mark—serve as the go‑to resource for cost insights on high‑impact EPC projects.

• 1‑6 years in cost management and project controls.
• Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis.
• Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in JDE, Eco Sys, Procore, Excel, Power BI.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel up to 15% domestically.
• Full‑time, onsite position in Overland Park, KS.
