Harmer is partnering with a client on a search for a Controller. This role will oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. The position works closely with leadership and plays a key role in strengthening processes, controls, and financial insight across the organization.

• Lead the accounting function, including close, reporting, and general ledger activities
• Manage and develop accounting staff while maintaining strong internal controls
• Own month‑end close, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and financial obligations
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance with GAAP
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities, analyze data, and lead with accuracy and accountability
