The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health and strategic direction of our retail organization. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or corporate finance, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with balance sheet management and cost accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards applicable in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
• Experience with advanced financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Prior experience managing finance teams in a retail trade environment.
• Familiarity with business administration processes and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets in collaboration with department heads to support business objectives.

• Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
