Clinical Treatment Responsibilities- Perform advanced clinical skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments when permitted
- Follow treatment protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain proper sanitation and infection control standards
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared for each service
- Deliver treatments within the appropriate service time
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
- Analyze skin conditions and concerns
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Recommend home care products and routines
- Educate clients on treatment expectations and long-term care
- Provide a warm and professional guest experience
- Build strong relationships with guests
- Encourage repeat visits and long-term skincare programs
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
- Assist with laundry and treatment room preparation
- Maintain treatment suite inventory
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitation checklists
- Follow all state, local, OSHA, and safety regulations
