Full Time Day Shift (7a-7p)
Weekend Schedule - Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday & requires overnight call

• Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
• Schedules and coordinates tests, records test results, and prepares and maintains operational logs.
• Calibrates and maintains equipment and orders supplies when needed.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Must be willing to take call after hours (7p-7a overnight, holidays and weekends).

• Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager.
• Requires a two-year allied health degree and successful completion of an approved one-year program in Ultrasound Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in the field with exams including but not limited to US ABD, US OBGYN, US ARTERIAL & VASCULAR, US PYLORUS.
• Requires registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
