Compensation & Scheduling

Pay Rates:

• $30 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential:
  • Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • All day Saturday & Sunday
  • → Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session

Hours & Availability

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need:
  After-school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
