Provider Services Manager

• Coordinate the delivery of Provider Services within a designated service area under limited supervision.
• Oversee the hiring, training, supervision, and scheduling of provider staff delivering services such as Employment Assistance, Individualized Competitive Employment/Supported Employment, and Community Supports/Supported Home Living Respite and Residential Services.
• Participate in service planning and IDT meetings, develop implementation plans, monitor service delivery and utilization, and ensure compliance with applicable funding requirements (General Revenue, HCS, TxHmL).
• Possibly work flexible hours, direct care work, and use a personal vehicle.
• Report directly to the IDD Area Supervisor.

• High School Diploma, GED, or 3 letters of reference and completion of a WTC competency test.
• Proficient in reading and writing.
• Letters of reference must be from individuals who have no family relation to the applicant.
• Valid Driver's license, vehicle insurance, and background check.
