. We’re looking for a flexible, confident, and patient-focused North Houston Float Mid-Level Provider to support our growing clinics.
You’ll provide coverage across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress
, giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, patients, and clinic environments while making a meaningful impact.
As a Float Provider, you’ll step into different clinics based on scheduling and operational needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is adaptable, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable jumping into a new environment.
You’ll:
- Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
- Float between North Houston clinics as coverage is needed.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Support programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness services.
- Provide coverage for provider PTO, absences, and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management.
- Build strong relationships with patients and clinic teams.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality patient care across every location.

- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required
- Current DEA registration required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
- Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations
- Flexibility to work different clinic schedules and locations
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Saturday availability required
Coverage may include:
- Kingwood
- Atascocita
- The Woodlands
- Spring
- Vintage Park
- Cypress
Full-Time | Approximately 40–41 hours per week
Schedule and location will vary based on clinic coverage needs.
Typical clinic hours may include:
- Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday availability is required and includes additional incentivized pay on top of salary

- 4-Saturday months: Work 2 Saturdays
- 5-Saturday months: Work 3 Saturdays
- 2 full consecutive weeks of paid training
- Monday–Friday
