Float PA​/NP – Houston Clinic Coverage

SynergenX Health is seeking a North Houston Float Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP) to support multiple clinics across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress. This full-time role offers variety, collaboration with clinic directors and medical staff, and coverage for PTO and staffing needs.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and participate in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and other wellness services while maintaining high-quality care
