Spring, TX is calling—and if you enjoy turning complex HR data into clear, compliant reporting, you’ll feel right  client is seeking a HR Operations Data Analyst to join their team. As a HR Operations Data Analyst, you will be part of the HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, confident communication, and a drive to deliver accurate, audit-ready insights that help the program run smoothly.

What's the Job?

Create reports from various reporting tools and sources using the required data for WFR implementation. Ensure compliance with US WFR Program Policies through careful data handling and documentation. Collaborate with HR Generalists, Legal, and Benefits teams to collect and validate all necessary inputs. Analyze and audit WFR records to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and readiness for review.

What's Needed?

First-level university degree or equivalent experience. Typically 1-3 years of related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources. Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems, with the ability to work confidently with HR data. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to identify issues and support accurate reporting. Good organizational and time management skills, along with strong customer orientation for employee support.
