• Support the corporate recruiting process by managing candidate communications and strategy.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across various business lines and centralized organizations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a unified approach to talent acquisition that aligns with business strategy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a recruitment coordinator or a similar role in corporate recruitment within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Preference for a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
