We provide customized solutions for brands and companies aiming to achieve their recycled content goals, actively supporting the development of a circular economy.

Our state‑of‑the‑art Circularity Center, currently under construction in Houston, TX, will be the first large‑scale facility in the United States, designed to process a diverse range of post‑consumer, commercial, and industrial plastic waste. This innovative center will have the capacity to produce 300 million pounds of custom‑formulated feedstock per year and convert it into ISCC‑PLUS‑certified feedstock suitable for mechanical and advanced recycling applications.

Role Overview

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Technology, you will design, develop, and maintain data systems and architecture to support our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize data collection, processing, and analysis to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and IT teams to understand data requirements and design data solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in heavy industry or a manufacturing process as a Data Engineer or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Fabric, One Lake & Power Apps.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL & TSDBs and experience with database management systems (e.g., Postgre

    SQL, SQL Server, Influx, Quest

    DB).
  • Experience in developing data ingestion pipelines (Telegraf, Kafka, MQTT, Redpanda).
  • Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Flink) and data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance issues.
Experience And Education

Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

  • Equivalent to five plus years increasingly responsible experience designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and architecture to support manufacturing operations. Experience working with cross‑functional teams to optimize data collection, processing, and analysis to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, or extensive industry experience.
  • Possession of one or more of the following certifications is desirable:
    Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer and Certified Data Management Professional.
