IT Business Consultant I – Global IT PREP Program

Hybrid role – work 2 days per week from an HPE office.

• Participate in four 6‑month rotations across Global IT and related areas such as Project Management, Dev Ops Engineering, Process Analysis, Data & Reporting Analysis, and IT Test Analysis.
• Support key strategic initiatives and deliver transparent activity plans for Global IT.
• Develop reusable infrastructure components and higher‑level services to accelerate IT service provisioning.
• Drive implementation of data governance processes and associated metrics for Global IT.
• Provide collaboration services to all HPE employees worldwide while innovating and optimizing strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree – completed by May 2026.
• Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in business and participating in IT projects.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
