Job DescriptionLead and support engineering development processes and program implementation for HPC, servers, and hardware products. Manage multi‑functional, multi‑project programs, ensuring schedule, budget, and cross‑company communications support timely product delivery within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for a subsystem or component.
- Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for the assigned program.
- Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal/external development partners; track progress against the plan and adjust schedule and resources to meet product requirements.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborate with management, manufacturing, and development partners to implement changes and resolve escalated issues.
- Lead and mentor less‑experienced staff members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
- Typically 4–6 years of experience managing Engineering programs (HPC, Servers, Hardware).
- Experience using project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track project results.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating matrixed teams and resources.
- Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.

USD Annual Salary: $92,600 – $213,500 (U.S. based). Variable incentives may also be offered.
