We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join our Security Architecture practice. As an Enterprise Security Architect at HPE, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and driving end‑to‑end security architecture across HPE’s on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Your role will focus on ensuring that security is integrated into the fabric of HPE’s enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and applications, balancing risk, cost, agility, and business enablement. You will leverage your deep expertise across security domains and modern architecture frameworks to design scalable, resilient, and compliant architectures that protect HPE’s critical information assets.

You are a seasoned security architecture leader with a strong grasp of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and identity‑centric security models. Your knowledge of Zero Trust, data protection, and hybrid architecture will strengthen HPE’s defense posture and accelerate secure innovation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working independently on high‑impact initiatives while influencing technology leaders and mentoring engineering teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate complex risks into practical design guidance and your communication skills enable you to bridge the gap between technical and executive audiences.

• Security Architecture
  • Define and maintain enterprise security reference architectures, patterns, and standards for on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Conduct architecture risk assessments and security design reviews for major technology programs.
• Hybrid Infrastructure Security
  • Design secure architectures for data centers, networks, servers, OT/ICS, IT infrastructure and legacy business platforms.
  • Guide the secure modernization of on‑prem workloads and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Identity, Access, and Data Security
  • Drive Zero Trust principles and identity‑centric security models across enterprise systems.
  • Establish design patterns for data classification, encryption, and data loss prevention.
• AI/ML Security
  • Provide security guidance for emerging AI/ML platforms and use cases, including data privacy, model security, and responsible use.
• Collaboration & Influence
  • Partner with enterprise architects, engineering teams, infrastructure, and compliance to embed security early in designs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technology leaders and mentor engineers on secure design practices.
• Culture & Enablement
  • Practice champion secure‑by‑design thinking and drive adoption across the enterprise.

• 10+ years in security architecture, solution architecture, or related roles in large, complex enterprises.
• Deep experience with on‑premises infrastructure security (data centers, networks, OT/ICS, mainframes, Windows/Linux servers).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architecture models.
• Detailed understanding of enterprise security domains: identity and access, network security, data protection, and application security.
