Spring, TX 77389 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire

The Senior Full Stack Developer will serve as a technical lead in designing, developing, and managing key strategic platform system architecture within the engineering product portfolio. Responsibilities include working across the organization with other technical leads and system architects to make critical design and architecture decisions, collaborating closely with managers, developers, and technical leads to implement products and solutions for customers, and contributing to building team practices from the ground up while scaling product architecture practices across the engineering organization.

The role also supports senior leadership in measuring digital enterprise progress and presenting insights to executive-level stakeholders.

• Providing strategic direction and oversight for multiple complex software products, ensuring alignment with business and product goals and objectives.
• Acting as a tech lead/architect for the design, development, testing, and rollout of core business applications and data/analytics solutions across the portfolio of products.
• Participating in strategy and roadmap engagements, software architecture definition, and product/framework evaluation for software projects.
• Learning new tools, technologies, and platforms across various technology stacks as needed for projects to develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept.
• Mentoring and performing design reviews and code reviews for developers on the team.
• Collaborating closely with wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and understand overlaps of teams and applications.
• Serving as the technical lead for a team of engineers in developing scalable and quality software.
• Working with the Product Development team to assist the Product Manager in prioritizing features for the next program increment planning cycle.
• Assisting the development team and Product Manager in refining features to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
• Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
• Identifying and managing cross-platform design and architecture dependencies and risks, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.

• Experience technically leading software projects through design and implementation.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-class business applications, integration solutions, and/or data solutions using technologies such as Java/J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Azure/AWS, micro‑services, SOA, data integration (APIs), and other modern technologies and platforms.
• Curiosity and awareness of technological trends and patterns in enterprise software development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Overall 8+ years of experience in Software Design/Architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Program Management, Product Management, or a related field.
