We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join the Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in automation, and a solid understanding of data analytics processes.

• Automate BI semantic model testing to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Go beyond report creation—develop a deep understanding of how reports are generated and validated.
• Investigate data mismatches and identify root causes.
• Analyze test failures, document findings, and create comprehensive bug reports.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update test cases as requirements evolve.

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and queries.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and semantic models.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and UI testing.
• Strong automation skills for testing workflows and processes.

• Selenium or other web automation tools.
• Familiarity with Pytest framework.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• General knowledge of QA methodologies and testing best practices.
• Candidate must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Spring, TX.
