Snap Logic Technical Support Lead (Only USC or GC)

Job DescriptionAs a Lead, you will be intensely involved in support and operations of the Snap Logic integration platform.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of approximately 17 members in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes.
- Manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and root cause analysis (RCA) for problem tickets.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handover calls.
- Maintain client status reporting and drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Snap Logic Support and Operations projects.
- Must be Snap Logic Integration and Admin Certified.
- Must have working knowledge of Service Now.
- Must have a good understanding of ITSM processes.
