Required Experience:

Experience handling inbound dispatch requests through phone, email, and digital platforms
Experience coordinating logistics activities, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and stakeholder communication
Experience maintaining accurate records of requests, status updates, and communications in a fast-paced environment
Experience identifying operational issues, monitoring progress, and escalating where resolution support is needed

Required Skills:

Strong communication, customer service, and computer-based skills
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow established processes
Ability to prioritise competing demands based on operational urgency, business impact, and customer needs
Ability to proactively identify potential issues or delays and communicate status changes clearly
