Wellbeing and Engagement Vice President – Health Transformation
We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a Wellbeing and Engagement Vice President (VP) within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The HTT is part of Aon’s Human Capital US practice.
This position will likely work virtually and can be associated with our offices located in Bloomington MN, Chicago IL, Norwalk CT, Atlanta GA, Los Angeles, or The Woodlands, TX.

What the day will look likeThe Health Transformation Team works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve their wellbeing and engagement needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon’s business units to improve wellbeing, affordability, access, employee experience, safety, and productivity.
The Wellbeing and Engagement consultant VP role will spend the majority of their day leading and driving client projects:
- Develop, drive, lead, and execute client facing projects focused on dimensions of wellbeing, caregiving, mental health and EAP, rewards and recognition, and overall health improvement across the functional areas of analytics, strategy, vendor solutions, and program measurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to identify critical product/tool/offer development opportunities to best meet the wellbeing needs of our clients.
- Create scalable solutions with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for clients that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom line.
- Build effective marketing approaches to showcase these differentiators in the marketplace.
- Support creation and communication of thought leadership through the marketing of new products and tools
- Collaborate delivery via articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements
- Support business development and sales efforts through growing client business and new logo opportunities.
- People management and mentoring other health transformation team colleagues.

Skillsand experience that will lead to success
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, drive, and direct colleagues on the execution of firm wide Wellbeing and Engagement client facing projects to help develop or advance client wellbeing strategies.
- Ability and desire to proactively anticipate, lead, think critically, be a self-starter, oversee and enhance employer wellbeing strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Wellbeing, developing knowledge, creating strategic materials and educating clients and colleagues on best practices and market trends, benchmarking, and industry research.
- Proactively build relationships to collaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration strategies and leverage appropriate resources across Human and Risk Capital, markets, regions, and business groups.
- Manage and lead client projects through strong project management skills, in the functional areas of qualitative and quantitative analytics, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach.
