We are looking for a Bilingual Assistant Office Manager (English–Spanish) to support daily clinic operations and help lead administrative teams. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and effectively managing teams with strong personalities or resistance to change. The ideal candidate is organized, resilient, and confident in handling complex interpersonal dynamics within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Office Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and front‑desk staff.
- Lead and manage teams with challenging dynamics, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate schedules, staffing coverage, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
- Identify operational issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Support onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
- Provide bilingual (English–Spanish) communication with patients and staff as needed.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Assistant Office Manager, Office Supervisor, or similar role.
- Proven experience leading or working with difficult, resistant, or high-conflict teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical clinics, or specialty practices (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with office systems, scheduling tools, and administrative software.
