We’re searching for an experienced Inventory Lead to take charge of all inventory management activities. In this role, you will be crucial in monitoring stock levels for finished goods and raw materials, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key functions across sales, purchasing, and production planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional ready to lead a team and maintain operational excellence in a critical supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the status of in-process and finished goods inventory, including manufactured components and raw materials.
- Lead efforts to reconcile inventory discrepancies, identify necessary adjustments, and support regular inventory counts.
- Supervise and train team members to ensure customer orders are accurately and timely shipped.
- Proven experience in a production or inventory-focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor stock and identify requirements for purchasing.
- Familiarity with common computer skills, including e-mail.
- Experience coordinating with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, on inventory needs.
- Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish.
