Machine Operator
Enerstaff, LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a Forging Operator (Temp-to-Hire) to set up and operate heavy forging equipment, shaping metal parts under high pressure. Shifts run 5am–3:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and the position starts ASAP with competitive pay of $18–$22 per hour.
You will read blueprints, manage dies, handle materials, monitor quality, and perform basic maintenance while following safety procedures and recording production data.
