Fertility Nurse Case Manager

We are a leading fertility center in the United States and are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dynamic team player to fulfill our role as Fertility Nurse Case Manager.

Location:

Spring Woodlands, TX (Clear Lake, TX for weekend/holiday rotation)

Hours:

Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; occasional weekend/holiday duties with rotating schedule.

• Coordinate, case‑manage, and treat fertility patients.
• Provide counseling to patients and couples.
• Educate patients on procedures and injection administration.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow‑up visits.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Work occasional weekends and holidays.

• Valid RN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• High level of customer service and self‑starter attitude.
• Fertility/IVF or women's health experience a plus; training provided.
