Pediatrics opening in Spring, Texas. Care Options for Kids | Formerly Pediatric Healthcare Connection is seeking an experienced RN or LVN to care for a high-acuity pediatric patient in the Conroe area. The patient is a one-year-old with a tracheostomy and ventilation support. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable adapting to changes in patient status. We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for all new full-time employees.

Overview

This role involves one-to-one nursing care in a home environment for pediatric patients and collaboration with the patient’s care team.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments, including nutrition via a feeding tube
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
• Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and treatment

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas LPN license or RN license
• Current BLS CPR card
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train

• Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
