Responsibilities and qualifications are described below. Our LPN/LVN team works together to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes for pediatric and adult clients in home care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Not currently accepting new graduate nurses. 6 months hands-on experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
