Location and Facility- Memorial Hermann The Woodlands – 447 beds (latest expansion)
- CVICU has 12 beds with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
- BSN required (Magnet status)
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
- BLS required; ACLS within 6 months
- Cardiac device experience (IABP, Impella, ECMO, LVAD/VAD, CRRT) preferred
- CVICU RN experience required
- Experience with Post‑op CABG (coronary artery bypass graft), valve replacements (TAVR, MVR), deep flaps/vents, sheaths, titrated drips strongly preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
