Nurse Practitioner – Lead On Site Medical Provider

Pregnancy Assistance Center North is a faith-based medical ministry seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as our Lead On-Site Medical Provider
. This role combines direct patient care with medical leadership in a Christ-centered clinic serving women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.

• Provide comprehensive patient care within PACN’s medical services.
• Supervise medical staff and assist with clinic operations.
• Develop and oversee medical policies, procedures, and quality assurance.
• Prescribe medications, order/interpret diagnostics, and maintain EMR documentation.
• Perform limited ultrasound scanning (training provided).
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours APR support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership team.

• Committed Christian who agrees with PACN’s Statement of Faith.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Women’s Health preferred).
• National certification (AANP or ANCC) preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, faith-based, patient-centered care.
