Veterinary Client Service Representative

At Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital's success. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. You must be able to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations.

Position: Client Service Coordinator

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: Starting point dependent on experience and advancement through the Career Trax leveling system.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally at the hospital entrance.
• Maintaining a friendly demeanor, making eye contact, and offering a smile.
• Listening compassionately to clients.
• Communicating clearly and calmly in person and over the phone.
• Assessing clients and pets upon arrival, determining the urgency of emergencies.
• Responding to non-patient calls and directing visitors to appropriate team members.
• Confirming appointments and providing clients with preparation instructions.
• Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients discreetly.
• Serving as a liaison during pet remains handling, ensuring a respectful and complete process.

Customer service experience in veterinary medicine is preferred.
